30-Day Account Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Opening a 30-Day Account with Wish & Tell
By opening a 30-day account, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Eligibility:
Only individuals or entities who meet our credit criteria are eligible to open a 30-day account with our store.
Application Process:
To apply for a 30-day account, you must complete and submit our credit application form. Submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection of the application.
Credit Approval:
Approval of a 30-day account is subject to credit verification and approval by our credit department. We reserve the right to deny or limit credit at our discretion.
Payment Terms:
All purchases made using the 30-day account must be paid in full within 7 days from the date of the monthly statement. Failure to make timely payments result in penalties, including fees detailed below and suspension of account privileges.
Interest and Fees:
No interest is charged on purchases made within the 30-day credit period. However, payments made later than the 7 day payment terms incur a late fee of $11 plus 2.5% per month interest calculated monthly.
Credit Limit:
Each 30-day account is assigned a credit limit determined by Wish & Tell. No further purchases can be made once the limit has been reached, until a payment has been made.
Account Statements:
Account statements detailing purchases, payments, and any applicable charges will be provided monthly. It is the account holder's responsibility to review statements for accuracy and report any discrepancies promptly.
Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 30-day account information. Anyone using your login credentials to make an order will be deemed to have been an authorised user of your account.
Account Closure:
We reserve the right to close a 30-day account at any time for reasons including but not limited to non-payment, violation of terms, or account inactivity of over six months.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes regarding billing or account activity must be submitted in writing to: sales@wishandtell.com.au within 7 days of the date of the statement.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to account holders via email.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to the 30-day account shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
By opening a 30-day account with Wish & Tell, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
